Rental Application
If you are interested in leasing a URE Housing property, please download the Rental Application and submit to our offices.
We do not take cash or card in office, so you will have to pay the $75 application fee with a check or money order if you apply this way.
Online Rental Application
Visit our For Rent page, scroll down to the desired property, and click “APPLY NOW”.
A $75 non-refundable application fee is required before submitting your application. You can pay your application fee by using credit/debit card.
Parent Co-Sign Form
If you are a student without income, a co-signer will be required for approval. The Parent Co-Sign form must be completed and notarized with their information.
