Pay your rent and submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.

Email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a maintenance request. Please attached photo of problem to help identify if parts are needed for repair.
Call us immediately if you find a problem, such as a water leak or hazard. Call our office at (865) 673-6600 for maintenance emergencies. You can also send a follow-up email to email@example.com.
During Office Hours: Come to our office to sign out a key.
After Hours: Call our Maintenance Supervisor, Donnie Brown, at 865-805-0426. He will unlock your door for a $75 charge. Payment must be made at the time of service.
If you’re locked out of your unit, don’t try to break in through a door or window. You will be charged for any damage.
