Maintenance Requests

Email maintenance@urehousing.com to submit a maintenance request.  Please attached photo of problem to help identify if parts are needed for repair.

Lock Outs

During Office Hours: Come to our office to sign out a key.

After Hours: Call our Maintenance Supervisor, Donnie Brown, at (865) 805-0426. He will unlock your door for a $75 charge. Payment must be made at the time of service.

If you’re locked out of your unit, don’t try to break in through a door or window. You will be charged for any damage.

Maintenance Emergencies

Call us immediately if you find a problem, such as a water leak or hazard. Call our office at (865) 673-6600 for maintenance emergencies after hours call 865-805-0426. You can also send a follow-up email to maintenance@urehousing.com.
